Start your next adventure on 11/02/2026 with ongoing support from a committed employer.Quick FactsLocation: Columbus, OH (410 West 10th Avenue)Start Date: 11/02/2026Duration: Until 02/01/2027Shift: Day, 8 hours (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), Monday to FridayHours/Week: 40Employment Type: Travel/TemporaryCertifications: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) requiredExperience: Previous sterile processing experience required, Medivator experience preferred; rate self-assessment requestedPay & BenefitsHourly Pay Rate: $32.88/hourBenefits Include: Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time (per applicable laws)Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll DoDecontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and DaVinci toolsAssemble instruments across multiple service lines, including trauma and loaner setsOperate sterilization equipment (Sterrad and steam sterilizers)Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessingManage sterile storage and inventory using Censitrac tracking systemCollaborate with OR staff as a liaisonMaintain compliance with hospital sterilization protocols and safety standardsWhat You NeedRequired:Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA or IAHCSMM)Previous experience in sterile processing, ideally in a busy trauma or Level One facilityExperience with Medivator equipmentAbility to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shiftsKnowledge of sterilization processes, decontamination, and scope reprocessingPreferred:Experience with Censitrac tracking systemOR liaison backgroundAbout the Assignment Join a fast-paced, high-volume sterile processing department at OSU, known for its trauma services and complex surgical procedures.
