This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent benefits and ample growth potential.Quick Facts:Location: Columbus, OHStart Date: 11/02/2026End Date/Duration: 02/01/2027Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)Hours/Week: 40Employment Type: Contract (W-2)Licensure/Certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) preferredExperience: Experience with all areas of sterile processingPay & Benefits:Pay: $32.88/hourBenefits include: Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll Do:Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, and devices including drills and DaVinci toolsAssemble instruments across multiple service lines, including trauma and loaner equipmentOperate sterilization processes such as Sterrad and steam sterilizationHandle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessingManage sterile storage ensuring proper inventory controlServe as an OR liaison when neededTrack and document procedures using Censitrac tracking system and Medivator equipmentWhat You Need:Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (preferred)Previous experience in sterile processing or surgical servicesKnowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection standardsExperience with Censitrac, Medivator, and scope managementAbility to work rotating weekends and occasional holidaysAbout the Assignment:Join a busy trauma hospital where your skills in sterile processing are vital to patient safety and hospital operations.
