Job description
Sterile Processing TechnicianThis is a 13-week contract position.Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)The Sterile Processing Technician will work in a fast-paced, highly motivated team environment in our Sterile Processing Department. This position requires individuals who are self-motivated and possess strong supply knowledge, able to pick cases, and work effectively as part of a team. The department specializes in Neuro, Ortho, robotics, and pediatrics, while also addressing all standard service lines including URO, general, and GYN.Manage surgical instruments and ensure proper sterilization processes.Participate in the assembly and organization of surgical trays.Perform quality checks to maintain departmental standards.Work collaboratively with clinical teams to support patient care.Attend a 3-day orientation program to familiarize with department protocols.Rotate weekend shifts as required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing.Certification in CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA is required.First-time travelers accepted, with at least 2 years of experience.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
