You deserve to get paid every day!About the JobSterile Processing colleagues are responsible for reprocessing reusable general hospital and surgical equipment and supplies, including: advanced surgical instruments and laparoscopic instruments, Orthopedic specialty instrumentation, and case carts.What You Will DoPerform decontamination, and sterilization process and procedures to ensure that each patient (and caregiver) has the safest, cleanest patient care environment possible.Have clear, upward career mobility including pay increases, leadership opportunities, and education assistance, all within Mount Carmel.What We Are Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma requiredLicensure/Certification: Healthcare industry certifications preferred2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment preferred; industry certifications preferred.Our CommitmentRooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
