Your focus on safety and attention to detail helps protect patients and empowers a team that's committed to the care and improvement of human life – one surgery at a time.Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standardsMonitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high-quality carePreparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needsSafely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organizedWorking closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeriesWhat qualifications you will need:High School Graduate / GED1 years experience Required Years of ExperienceSt. David's Round Rock Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
