As a Sterile Processing Technician, you'll help protect patients, support clinical teams, and contribute to exceptional healthcare outcomes every day.Location: Main Campus, La Crosse, WIDepartment: Central ServicesEmployment: Full-Time (0.9 FTE, 36 hours/week)Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00AM – 6:30 PM, Holiday rotationEmployees will receive a weekend only premium equal to .3333 times base pay for the actual hours worked during these Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.What You'll DoDecontaminate and clean medical instrumentsPerform sterilization processesAssemble and package surgical instrumentsManage storage and distribution of supplies and equipmentYou'll also gain exposure to:Infection prevention protocolsQuality and safety standardsThe full sterile processing lifecycleAfter successful orientation you will move into the weekend only position. Orientation will be Monday-Friday on variable shifts.No sterile processing experience?
