SC SPMRequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Completion of related medical/science college level courses, certificate or degree is preferredRegistered as a CRCSTComplete the SPD certification program within six (6) months of being hiredPrevious experience in sterile processing preferred but not required.Must have a thorough knowledge of aseptic technique, sterilization techniques, infection control requirements, and a basic knowledge of medical/surgical procedure and terminology.The Successful CandidateThe successful candidate must bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional and personal values that complement the team and company vision.
