You'll be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and equipment according to strict health and safety standards, while keeping the sterilization area organized and running smoothly. Your work ensures our clinical team has everything they need, and our patients receive care in a safe, hygienic environment.Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role4-day workweekMajor holidays offCompetitive payWe welcome non-dental candidates of all work backgroundsIndustry-leading orthodontic trainingAmple free employee parkingFootsteps away from Ala Moana CenterJob Type: Full-time and on-siteJob Location: Ala Moana Center Honolulu, HawaiiWork Schedule:7:30 am to 6:00 pm4 days a weekResponsibilitiesPrepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with state and federal regulations.Maintain an organized sterilization area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after sterilization.Conduct regular checks and maintenance of sterilization equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Document and track sterilization processes, including monitoring sterilization cycles.Assist in the cleaning and disinfection of treatment rooms and common areas within the practice.Educate staff on proper sterilization protocols and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures, reporting any compliance issues to management.
