Steven Hyundai Cashier / ReceptionistThe Cashier / Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for all dealership guests and incoming calls. This role ensures every customer is greeted professionally, directed to the correct department, and assisted in a timely and friendly manner. This position plays a key role in supporting both the sales and service departments by maintaining smooth front desk operations, assisting with appointment coordination, and providing general administrative support. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving automotive environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answer and route incoming dealership phone calls in a professional mannerGreet and assist all customers and visitors upon arrivalDirect customers to the appropriate department or staff memberNotify team members when customers are waitingIntroduce customers to sales or service personnel as neededAssist with scheduling and confirming sales and service appointmentsProcess basic cashiering duties as needed in service and sales departmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk areaType memos, correspondence, and basic dealership documentsSupport administrative tasks across departments as assignedWork cooperatively with all dealership staff to ensure excellent customer experienceStrong communication and customer service skills required. Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Punctual, reliable, and dependable work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Ability to work flexible scheduling as needed. Valid driver’s license preferred.$12 – $16 per hour based on experience. Paid in accordance with standard dealership payroll schedule. All compensation subject to applicable deductions and withholdings.Full-time position. Schedule determined by dealership operational needs.
