Job description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Stick Welder to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a highly physical, labor-intensive position that requires prior stick welding (SMAW) experience and the ability to assist with warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication environment and be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform stick welding (SMAW) on assigned projects and materials.Readily assist with warehouse duties as needed.Maintain a safe and organized work area.Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.Support production and operational needs as assigned.RequirementsPrevious stick welding experience required.High school diploma or GED required.Ability to perform strenuous, labor-intensive work for extended periods.Ability to work safely in a warehouse and industrial environment.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Work EnvironmentIndustrial manufacturing and warehouse setting.Physical work involving standing, lifting, moving materials, and welding throughout the shift.2nd shift schedule.
