Stiffener Welder - 1st ShiftJoin Our Team as a 2nd Shift Stiffener WelderDo you take pride in laying down a clean, consistent weld? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our 2nd shift team assembling and welding radiator stiffener components.This role is perfect for someone who:Enjoys hands-on workTakes quality seriouslyThrives in a fast-paced production environmentWants stability, benefits, and growth opportunityIf you're ready to put your welding skills to work in a team-focused, safety-driven environment - we'd love to talk with you.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and manually operate MIG welding equipment to weld radiator stiffener componentsAdjust welding parameters including voltage, amperage, gas flow, wire feed speed, and weld travel speedOperate oxygen/acetylene torch equipment as required for radiator welding operationsSet up, run, and troubleshoot welding machines and related equipmentRead and interpret simple blueprints, prints, and job traveler packetsMeasure components using metric tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracyApply required hardware according to job travelers and engineering printsInspect welds and finished components to ensure quality standards are metSupport cross-training efforts and assist in other production areas as assignedMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with safety and 5S standardsFollow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipmentPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needsQuality Related Responsibilities:Perform work in accordance with MENK USA LLC ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements.Identify and report quality concerns or nonconforming conditionsSkills:Knowledge of MIG welding processes and oxygen/acetylene torch operationAbility to weld multiple material thicknessesAbility to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and job travelersBasic computer skillsAbility to work productively and maintain consistent outputStrong attention to quality and detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience:Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment requiredMulti-thickness welding experience requiredOverhead crane or industrial lifting experience preferredEducation and Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredCombination of technical school training and/or on-the-job MIG welding experienceProficiency with tools of the welding trade requiredAdditional Role Criteria: Employees must meet minimum competency requirements as defined in the company training matrix. Required training must be completed and maintained. Competencies will be evaluated through the performance appraisal process.
