STNA Opportunity at Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLCBlue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated STNA to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves providing quality care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their stay. The ideal candidate will be attentive, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all residents.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring proper infection control procedures.Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.Assist with mobility and transportation within the facility as needed.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care.RequirementsValid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage between $18.00 - $22.00, paid bi-weekly.Opportunities for professional development and training.Supportive and caring work environment.Health and wellness benefits package.Paid time off and holiday pay.About the CompanyBlue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional rehabilitation and long-term care services.
