This position services clients throughout the Southwest Cleveland area, extending from Olmsted Falls through Middleburg Heights and Strongsville, and east toward the Brecksville/Independence area.***FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES AVAILABLE/WEEKENDS REQUIRED***Essential Functions: Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Personal HygieneAmbulation/TransfersDressing/Bathing/ShoweringPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms light housekeeping activitiesPerforms patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):Providing hospice supportive careMedication remindersAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercisesAssisting with blood glucose monitoringCare of bed-bound patientsIncontinence careUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer liftsPreferred Experience in:Hoyer liftPersonal careRange of Motion ExercisesFoley careCompanionshipLight cleaningCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
