Home Health Aide (HHA)Beaumont Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes.Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM - 5PM)Responsibilities:Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and other personal careAssist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and mobilitySupport ambulation and range-of-motion exercises as directedMonitor and report changes in patient condition to the care teamMaintain a safe and comfortable home environmentComplete required documentation accurately and on timeFollow the patient's plan of care, company policies, and state regulationsTravel to patients' homes within the assigned service areaRequirements:1 year of nurse aide experience requiredSTNA certification or completion of a 75-hour CNA/nurse aide training programSkills competency test score of 80% or higherCompassionate, dependable, and able to work well with patients and familiesStrong communication and attention to detailValid driver's license and auto insuranceEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.
