Job description
Position: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Hospice Care Location: Franklin and Delaware OH Employer: BrightStar Care Compensation: Starting at $18.00+ per hour based on availability, performance and attendance Schedule: Full-time | Hours vary between 7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM, with some weekends required Female aides preferred, males welcome
nJob Summary: BrightStar Care is currently hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home, support to clients in the Northwest Columbus area. This position involves assisting individuals with personal care and daily tasks in their home environment. Flexible shifts are available based on caregiver availability and client needs.
nResponsibilities:
nAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
nProvide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
nPerform light housekeeping and meal preparation
nMonitor client condition and report changes to supervisors
nFollow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures
nRequirements:
nMust have reliable transportation (personal vehicle)
nMust be able to speak/write fluent English
nMinimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field
nValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening
nReliable, professional, and able to work independently
