STNA Nightshift Sign on Bonus $3,000 if Hired on Full TimeCedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated STNA to join our nightshift team! As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. If you share our commitment to resident satisfaction and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting a positive and engaging environment• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence• Valid STNA certification• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Emotional stability and empathy for residents' needs• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Lebanon, Ohio• Our facility offers a comprehensive activity program, including bingo, musical entertainment, card games, beading, religious services, shopping trips, and more• We foster an environment that encourages independence, creativity, and personal growth for our residentsAt Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing, we are committed to resident satisfaction and providing services that recognize the specific needs of each person in our care.
