Position Overview
We are seeking stock and options traders to join our professional trading firm. You will trade firm capital across equity and options markets, keeping a significant share of your profits while accessing institutional-level tools, mentorship, and a supportive trading community.
Location: Des Moines, IA
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of demonstrated trading experience in options, equities, forex, or crypto
Working knowledge of market mechanics, order types, and execution dynamics
Demonstrated ability to control risk and protect capital across changing conditions
Coachable, self-directed, and committed to ongoing skill development
Reliable trading workstation with redundant internet preferred
Familiarity with retail or professional trading platforms is helpful but not required
Position Details
Independent contractor role (1099) with performance-based incentives
Profit-sharing structure with splits increasing from 65% up to 90%
Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+
Fully remote work with flexible hours tailored to your schedule
Capital increases available as frequently as every two months based on results
