nPosition Summary:
nThis role is responsible to work independently to display and stock products; to ensure that you contribute to the financial best interest of the store. Additionally, this role is responsible for meeting company guidelines for guest experience, as well as complying with company guidelines for safety and food safety.
nHere's What You'll Do:
nnnAssist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
n
nnProperly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.
n
nnNotify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
n
nnHave familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know the product locations in the store.
n
nnHandle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
n
nnMaintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
n
nnFollow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
n
nnFollow Guest Experience Guidelines.
n
nnMay be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
n
nnAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
n
n nHere's What You'll Need:
nnnHigh School Diploma (GED) preferred
n
nnRetail or related experience preferred.
n
nnAbility to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
n
nnBasic mathematical skills
n
nnDetail oriented
n
n nPhysical Requirements:
nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures) and is exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
