Job description
Deckers Brands seeks a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, oversee receiving, placement, and transfers, and train stock associates. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency while supporting in-store sales and visual standards.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet the store's fiscal goals, greet customers, share product knowledge, and maintain a positive store atmosphere with teamwork and professionalism.
