Join us to innovate for impact and reimagine the future of health and nutrition for patients and consumers.Position SummaryThe Stockroom Supervisor ensures uninterrupted manufacturing operations by leading the maintenance stockroom and managing the inventory, organization, and distribution of engineering spare parts and maintenance supplies. Through effective SAP inventory management and stock availability, this role minimizes equipment downtime, supports production reliability, and helps maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, based at our Eau Claire manufacturing facility.ResponsibilitiesManage SAP master data for maintenance materials, BOMs, and storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy and reliabilityExecute daily MRP activities, analyze inventory requirements, and coordinate procurement of critical spare parts and maintenance suppliesMonitor inventory levels, KPIs, budget performance, and supplier activity to support parts availability, cost control, and continuous improvementOptimize inventory strategies by maintaining reorder points, safety stock levels, maximum stock thresholds, and conducting annual inventory reviewsCoordinate kitting activities by preparing parts and materials for planned preventive maintenance workPartner with suppliers to manage order fulfillment, expedite critical shipments, and resolve discrepanciesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials to ensure compliance with purchase orders, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain an organized and efficient stockroom environment using 5S principles to support safe and timely parts retrievalLead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories, investigating and resolving inventory variancesSupervise, coach, and develop stockroom team members while managing work schedules and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including proper storage and handling of maintenance materials and lubricantsDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, service levels, and cost performanceRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or equivalent relevant experience strongly preferred2+ years of experience leading a technical stores, maintenance stockroom, or spare parts inventory operation, including direct supervision of employeesPrior experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, or similar technical roleExperience supporting manufacturing operations, preferably within food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods environmentsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP, including Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) modulesExperience managing spare parts inventory, inventory control, materials planning, purchasing, and stockroom operationsProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CopilotAbility to interpret inventory and maintenance data to support operational decision-makingWorking knowledge of liquid processing and packaging equipment, including pumps, valves, stainless steel piping, and food-grade componentsKnowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and quality compliance requirementsSkillsTeam leadership and employee developmentCross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teamsAbility to prioritize work and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause problem-solving skillsAbility to make sound decisions that support equipment reliability and operational continuityContinuous improvement mindset focused on inventory accuracy, efficiency, and downtime reductionStrong organization, inventory management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentAttentive to detail, accountability, and communication skills with a commitment to accuracySalary: $55,440.90 to $80,545.00 per year Bonus Eligibility: YesThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
