This role plays an important part in bringing Crystal Mountain's brand to life by embodying its personality and identity; authentic, confident, inclusive, playful, adventurous, skilled, human, and honest at our live guest facing events.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task• Handle guest questions and set expectations• Professional communication skills are mandatory• The position requires a mature, dependable, flexible, team-oriented person who is able to stay calm under pressure• Must be available for varied shifts and days of the weekJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Participate in the production of One (1) summer event at Crystal Mountain (June – September)• Participate in the production of events and/or activations at Crystal Mountain minimum of eight (8) days per winter season throughout the 2 6/27 winter season (November - May)• All Stoke Patrollers are required to volunteer at the annual Winter Stoke Block Party on 11/7/2026.• Promote Crystal Mountain events and activities throughout the community, including social channels Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter • Tag @crystalmountain (and #crystalmountain) on all posts + stories, Location tag Crystal Mountain Resort on posts and storiesPERFORMANCE CRITERIA:• Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner and manage guest expectations.• General understanding of resort operation hours, venues, services and events or where to direct guests for more information for guest services purposes.• Willingness to learn and share feedback and other information with team and management.• Always uphold company and departmental policy. Demonstrate support for company mission and values.• Willingness and ability to be part of and contribute to a successful team.• Able to work under stressful conditions without creating tension among fellow employees, vendors, and supervisors.• Ability to communicate in a pleasant and efficient manner.• Ability to present company policy in a diplomatic way.• Possesses and utilizes good verbal communication skills and phone etiquette • Willing to accept new and varied responsibilitiesPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS• This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.• Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 50 pounds on occasion• Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basisTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily- reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDThis position description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities for the role described above.
