We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.Job SummaryAs a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of our office are efficient and well-managed.Key Responsibilities:Receive incoming ordersComplete order fulfillment from the warehouseMaintain a highly organized warehouse spaceTrack ordersManage office supplies and inventory; place orders as neededAssist with company eventsSupport management and team with administrative tasks as neededQualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyNetSuite experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 30lbsBenefits:Stone wants to elevate your professional growth!
