Overview:
Designs and manages storage platforms to ensure high availability and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
Configure SAN/NAS environments.
Implement backup and recovery strategies.
Monitor and optimize storage performance.
Maintain lifecycle documentation.
Ensure storage compliance and access security.
Core Competencies:
SAN/NAS administration
Storage optimization
Backup and disaster recovery
Data security and compliance
Requirements:
Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
Certifications: IAT II.
Experience: 5+ years in storage engineering.
Technical Screening: EMC SAN platforms.
VMware integration with SAN.
Linux/Windows servers.
Data encryption and retention policies.
