Lot AttendantLocations: McKinney, Balch Springs, and DuncanvillePay: Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experienceBenefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with a 10% match, and paid time offJob Description: HNS Recovery is looking for highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Lot Attendants. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our recovery process, and we value team members who can work effectively in various conditions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage the organization and inventory of recovered vehiclesEnsure proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from recovered vehiclesConduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of lot inventoryMaintain the cleanliness and order of the lotAssist with the transfer of vehicles to the appropriate storage or redemption lotFollow detailed instructions and company procedures accuratelyRequirements:Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be able to lift 50 lbs. regularlyHighly organized with the ability to multi-taskStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsHighly motivated and proactiveEffective communication skills; ability to communicate in Spanish is a plusFlexibility to work overtime on short notice and adjust to varying schedulesHNS Recovery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
