Job description
Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a designated store area and oversee daily operations when acting as Manager on Duty. You will supervise associates, ensure safe conditions, and maintain a welcoming, well merchandised sales floor.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, enforcing company standards, and supporting the store leadership in executing loss prevention and front-end procedures to deliver great customer experiences.
