Job description
Nike Oak Brook is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced Nike Factory Store team in Oak Brook, IL. You will coach staff, drive great customer service, and influence sales through strong leadership and Service Principles while representing the Nike brand.
You’ll recruit and develop teammates, manage daily operations and store metrics, and foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
