Job description
Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach as the Assistant Store Manager, driving store performance, training, coaching, and guest-focused service.
You will lead talent onboarding, develop the team, coach performance, and ensure adherence to safety and policy standards while maintaining daily store operations and engagement with guests.
This role requires 40 hours per week with flexible daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays to support peak events.
