Job description
Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving store results. This role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining an organized, customer-focused environment while adapting to changing priorities.
You will partner with the Head Coach to attract and onboard talent, lead team development, ensure adherence to Playbooks, oversee daily operations, merchandising, service standards, and special events.
