Job description
H&M is seeking a Department Manager in Concord, NC to lead a team, deliver an excellent in-store experience, and drive profitable performance. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure adherence to global guidelines for visual merchandising and customer service.
You will analyze sales data, set targets, and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser and Area team to optimize stock, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives.
