Job description
REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager (SDM) to coach and motivate store sales teams, delivering on REI business and service goals across channels. You will lead a retail team, uphold core standards, and model REI's customer-centric culture.
You will recruit and develop talent, communicate strategy, and recognize high performers while shaping an inclusive store environment that helps customers pursue their love of the outdoors.
