Job description
REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams and lead a retail staff toward achieving business and service goals. You will be a visible, energetic leader focused on delivering excellent customer experiences and driving results.
Expect to recruit, develop, and recognize top performers, manage training and performance, and ensure adherence to core standards and visual direction while fostering a customer-centric culture.
