Job description
REI Co-op seeks a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams and lead a high-performing unit in a retail environment. You will manage a team of staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals, while upholding REI standards and the company culture.
You will recruit, develop, and engage team members, drive a customer-centric approach, and ensure effective communication of strategies across shifts.
