Job description
REI is seeking a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams and drive store performance. You will lead a diverse crew, deliver on business and service goals, and shape a customer-centric culture across the store. This role rewards proactive leadership, coaching, and collaboration with the broader store management team.
