Job description
REI is seeking a Store Department Manager to coach and motivate store sales teams and lead the execution of core standards. You will manage a retail staff to meet business and service goals while delivering an engaging, customer‑centric environment.
With a track record of at least 3 years in retail management, you will recruit, develop and recognize talent, communicate strategies, and drive sales across channels.
