Job description
H&M in Tallahassee is seeking a Department Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive omni-channel customer experience, and deliver strong sales and profitability. You will recruit, onboard, evaluate performance, and coordinate visuals with the Visual Merchandiser, ensuring excellent service and adherence to global guidelines.
