Job description
The Fresh Market is seeking a Store Director to lead 70-100 team members, delivering a first-class guest experience and strong financial results across the store. You will guide culture, set the tone, and mentor leaders while upholding our values of passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork.
You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach leaders, and execute store-wide strategies to grow sales, expand market share, and deepen guest loyalty. A flexible schedule is required.
