Job description
Rivers Co-op Markets in Stillwater, MN is seeking a full-time Store Director to lead store operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure alignment with the cooperative's mission. This senior role coaches and develops staff, collaborates with HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and IT, and builds strong community relationships while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Salary range is $75,000-$85,000 per year with benefits including 20% employee discount, PTO and volunteering, 401(k)
