Meijer Inc. is seeking a Store Director for the South Indianapolis area. You will oversee total store operations, lead a diverse team, and drive customer service excellence while ensuring fiscal discipline. This bench position requires guiding a large retail operation to meet goals and uphold our leadership standards.
You’ll manage staffing, coaching, and development of leaders, while maintaining merchandising and safety standards to deliver a top-tier shopping experience for our customers.
