Job description
Cardenas Markets is seeking a Store Director to lead daily store operations, drive profitable performance, and uphold our core values of integrity, respect, and collaboration. You will guide the store team, develop leaders, and ensure a positive, engaging environment that delivers outstanding service.
You will oversee inventory, loss prevention, safety, budgeting, and KPI management, while coaching Department Team Leaders and staff to improve efficiency, service speed, and customer satisfaction
