Job description
Coborn’s is seeking a Store Director to lead all aspects of store operations in Minnesota. This role oversees ordering, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, food safety and safety programs, and is responsible for developing policies and aligning goals and priorities across the organization.
The Store Director will drive performance, coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
