Job description
J.Crew Group is seeking a Store Director for our Atlanta, GA location (Toco Hills - J.Crew Factory). You will lead a high-performing team, drive store profitability, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with the J.Crew brand.
You’ll recruit and develop talent, manage operations and visual merchandising, and collaborate with district leadership to meet and exceed goals. The role requires strong leadership and a passion for fashion and service excellence.
