Job description
J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Store Director in Atlanta, GA, to lead a high-performing retail team and drive profitable store performance. You will hire, train, and coach associates, foster belonging, and ensure legendary customer experiences in line with the brand.
You'll partner with the District Manager to shape a collaborative environment, manage operations and visual merchandising, and guide the team toward ambitious sales goals while upholding inclusivity and service excellence.
