Job description
Summary
The Store Director is the business owner and Fendi Brand Ambassador responsible for overall store performance. They manage the store, employees, merchandise and supporting activities to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. The role works cross-functionally with corporate, merchandising and events teams to drive growth and local initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive and improve overall sales performance; analyze results and implement action plans.
Develop sales strategy and collaborate with corporate and merchandising partners.
Identify market opportunities and organize local events and incentives to grow the business.
Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels; manage cycle counts, inventory accuracy and shrink control.
Oversee visual merchandising, displays and window installations to maximize sell-through.
Lead customer service standards, clienteling and VIP relationship development.
Recruit, coach and develop the store team; set goals and monitor performance.
Manage administrative and operational tasks including reporting, petty cash and compliance with KPIs and policies.
Requirements
10 years of proven experience; luxury retail preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with POS systems and inventory management; RTW experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and digital literacy skills.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and flexible availability for some nights, weekends and holidays.
Foreign language skills are a plus.
