Job description
Fourth Floor is assisting an iconic American retailer by recruiting a Store Director for the New Hyde Park, NY location. You will be accountable for every aspect of store performance, driving profitability while building genuine connections with customers that foster loyalty and repeat visits.
You will hire, train, and develop the team, cultivate an inclusive environment, and partner with the District Manager to align store initiatives.
