Job description
Maverik, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking a Store Director Trainee who will train for a Store Director Flex position.
The role starts with hourly compensation during training and transitions to a salaried leadership role upon successful completion. You'll travel within your district, lead a store team, manage training, recruitment, and coaching, and drive P&L performance with guidance from the District Manager and Sr Director of Regional Operations.
