nMaintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store which includes maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for.

nnnCollects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.

n

nnDust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.

n

nnMoves equipment and products for proper cleaning and places products back in correct placement.

n

nnCleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment.

n

nnMay require mixing water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.

n

nnDeep clean key areas of the store including but not limited to bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways and other high traffic areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

n

nnMust keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.

n

nnSeeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.

n

nnCompletes all tasks assigned by supervisor.

n

nnPerforms tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.

n

nnMaintain positive and respectful interactions with both team members and customers, even in difficult situations, in keeping with the organization’s vision and values.

n

nnProject a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.

n

n nOther duties as assigned may include:

nnnProvide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.

n

nnEngage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.

n

nnAssist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)

n

nnParticipate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.

n

nnSupport shrink and safety programs

n

nnAdhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards

n

n nPreferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

nnnAbility to remain standing for long periods of time
