Job description
Food Lion is seeking a Manager II, Store Experience, to lead the development of an integrated store experience aligned with our strategy. You will partner with executives to drive key initiatives, oversee prototypes and décor for new and remodeled stores, and steer cross-functional teams to deliver customer growth and efficiency.
The role requires 6+ years in strategy/retail, strong collaboration, and the ability to influence leaders.
