Job description
True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Desert Hills Premium location. You will support the Store Manager with sales execution, operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
You’ll lead shifts as Manager on Duty, coach associates, uphold brand standards, and help drive KPIs like sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink while maintaining visual and inventory accuracy.
