Job description
As a Food Safety Leader for one Central Market store, you'll oversee all food safety and food safety compliance for perishable, non-perishable, and food service departments. You'll manage Store food safety operations through coordination and utilization of quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs.
You'll lead audits and regulatory interactions, act as SQF Practitioner, support the Certified Food Manager training, and collaborate with Central Market Managers and QA Food Safety
