Job description
Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Elk River, MN. You will oversee Team Members, drive sales, and balance costs to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
The role requires a minimum of one year in management, 2+ years in foodservice or retail, and a strong track record in recruiting, training, and P&L management. ServSafe certification is preferred and must be obtained before training completion.
